CONSULTANCY TRAINING

Consultancy

Usually, when the management of a company indentifies the need for professional consultancy, that means that is necessary to change the routine of the organization. There are many reasons for these kinds of changes:

  • achievement of some specific goals;
  • extention or change in the main objectifs of the company;
  • new investments ;
  • no expertise for implementation of the changes;
  • the need to improve the business and find new financial resources in order to maintain the existing work flows or to develop others, using new technologies.

No matter why, an effective change management  becomes the dominant item of the organization, and the responsabilities must stand on what they need and not on what they want. At this point, the role of a consultant and the applied methodology become extremely important. The applied methodology and the basic principles are generic, but they become particular and customised on the need of each organization, only if the consultants and the management of the company work together.

The consultant must understand the organization as a whole, and his councels/ advices must point on the causes and not on the effects.

We help organizations improve their performance, primarily through the analysis of existing business problems.

Our consultants have to apply a methodology which has the following structure:

  • Business Diagnose (for understanding the business itself);
    • The Issue Identification (which can be  financial , strategic management, sales management, marketing  or  employee’s expertise related);
    • Offering solutions for improving / problems amelioration ( every proposal/ suggestion has to point on each problem within the organization, using its resources);
    • Strategic Development (the implementation strategy of the submitted solutions, taking into account each variable of the organization);
    • Project Planning (the strategic planning for possible risk ameliorations);
    • Project Implementation (effective assistance and project management);
    • Monitoring and Review (in order to achieve the performance indicators settled)
